ABOUT US
We want to help people in recovery for alcohol and drug addiction get out of the relapse cycle and stay sober. We know that a crucial part of addiction recovery is regularly attending 12-step meetings and practicing spirituality. We also know that not everyone has a vehicle or money for transportation, which can result in them skipping meetings and risking potential relapse, which can sometimes end fatally from overdose or substance-abuse related accidents.
By providing a means of local transportation, we can help more people in recovery get to and from 12-step program meetings, so they can get to the support they need, when they need it. Additionally, we give on-going guidance and resources to individuals who have successfully completed a 12-step program. We do this by providing employment referrals, leads for housing and an expanded connection to a sober network.
We envision that each person we help will have a better chance at battling addiction and maintaining long-term sobriety, so that they can reintegrate back into society, lead a productive sober lifestyle and carry the message of their recovery to others.
